Shipping times depend on product sotck and preorder lead time.
However if not listed under preorder or out of stock expect our team to ship it out within 1-2 buisness days and be deliverd to your door within another 1-4 buisness days.
Yes. Any item that has not yet been shipped can be changed or cancelled. Once an item has been shipped

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay for your convenience.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.
Any item can be returned.

If a customer ordered the wrong model, or simply does not want the item anymore, they will be charged for shipping and restocking fees. If the item was sent in the wrong model or arrived in bad condition, auworx and its affiliates will assume all fees necessary.

An item must be in brand new, unopened and untouched condition in order to be eligible for a returm (picture/video proof will be necessary).
Once we have received the item and confirmed its brand new (or bad condition depending on situation), only then will a refund/replacement be provided.
